This free event explores topics of power, authority and organizational dynamics that influence diversity challenges. It provides a taste of the WoW – Women of the World Leadership Program being offered this year.
How as women might we engage with our own ‘masculine’ leadership without adopting the existing patriarchal model? Equally, how do we express ‘feminine’ leadership without being caught in the assumptions and projections held by society about female constructs as manifest in systemic discrimination? This starts with the masculine and feminine aspects of our personhood, whatever our gender, being accepted and made available as a resource to allow the leader within to respond to the experience of the moment with all of her resources.
