The Lean Canvas is a tool that helps startups and businesses validate ideas, using a series of techniques to develop products and services that people actually want.   Created by Leanstack Founder Ash Maurya, The Lean Canvas is an adaptation of the Business Model Canvas. It gives users an actionable business plan by focusing on a product’s key problems, solutions, metrics, and competitive advantages.    When creating a minimum viable product (MVP), the Lean Canvas enables businesses to iterate through the build, measure, and learn feedback loop.    At The Lean Canvas Workshop,  you’ll explore:   How early-stage founders and entrepreneurs can use The Lean Canvas to form an idea and MVP How to consolidate ideas and develop an implementation plan to build an MVP using Lean Startup methodology

The closest train station is Flinders St and the tram stop outside the NGV. For parking, Wilson Carpark is located across the road and offers $14 early bird (arrive before 10am, leave after 2pm). There is 2-3 hour paid and unpaid street parking in Kavanagh St which is a short walk to One Roof.
